I don't really like this one as much as the first... I feel like it's still lacking. I spent a little more time developing her props rather than her outfit here.
Holy Crap! These redesigns are rocks! One thing to keep in mind,try not to overly detail (design) everything. Pick 2 most important features/accessories that will best describe the character and design the hell out of them. And the rest, keep it simple (not that it shouldn't be designed, but the main focal point will be these 2 features/accessories).
