I had Hightower all wrong. This place doesn't have skyscrapers, but buildings low to the ground. I Port Royal from Pirates of the Caribbean for a reference this time.
I think maybe you're thinking of Swordspear, which is a dwarf-controlled island. I think you were on the nose the first time with Hightower which probably has, you know, high towers!
This is cool, though -- you're getting good perspective even with a small thumbnail! I think the floating ships in the sky are really cool and add good perspective.

Hightower is squat along the edges but builds up as you get closer to the center of the city.
